The ORPC-6N137 is a high-speed optocoupler designed for efficient AC and DC isolation between input and output. It comprises an AlGaAs light-emitting diode and a high-speed optical detector with a Schottky clamp transistor output. This device offers low power consumption, high-speed operation up to 15MBd, and excellent common-mode rejection (CMR) of 10 kV/s. It operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40 to +85, making it suitable for applications such as line receiver isolation, digital signal isolation for A/D and D/A converters, ground loop noise elimination, switching power supplies, and interfacing with microprocessor systems.
